Who are Milestone?

Their reseller programme runs three tiers: Authorised, Advanced, and Premier. Achieving Premier Partner status requires consistent delivery and certified expertise across the engineering team. It reflects depth of knowledge and commitment to customer outcomes, not just sales volume.
What it means for our customers
Milestone XProtect is at the core of Bedroq Capture, our fully managed CCTV and ANPR service. Bedroq Capture is built around deep configuration expertise, secure data centre hosting, integration with third-party camera estates, and ongoing managed support. Premier status reinforces that foundation, with priority access to Milestone’s technical resources on complex deployments alongside everything we bring ourselves.
