Bedroq Secures Position on National Live Facial Recognition Framework

Bedroq are proud to announce our appointment to BlueLight Commercial’s  national Live Facial Recognition (LFR) framework. This four-year, estimated £20 million initiative aims to enhance public safety by providing law enforcement agencies with advanced facial recognition capabilities. Such technologies will support crucial policing initiatives across the UK to create  Safer Streets – GOV.UK. The BlueLight Commercial framework enables police forces across the UK to award work directly or through further competition.

As one of three selected suppliers — alongside Digital Barriers and our partner NEC Software Solutions UK — Bedroq will deliver a fully managed LFR solution. This service integrates NEC’s NeoFace technology, renowned for its accuracy, ensuring the ability to effectively locate people in real-time scenarios. To complement NEC’s software, Bedroq bring flexibility and our tried and trusted infrastructure required to implement such technologies.
